Mugler’s Angel Fruity Fair scented limited edition
The star is the indisputable emblem of Thierry Mugler, especially since the release of his Angel perfume in 1992. A great classic in women’s perfumery, this perfume gave birth to the gourmet genre and has seen countless sweet recipes succeed it. Today, Angel returns to the front of the stage again and Thierry Mugler offers us a new variation. Focus on the latest Angel Fruity Fair.
Gluttony at the heart of Angel Fruity Fair
Angel Fruity Fair is a deliciously gourmet fragrance. Indeed, it appeals to your childhood memories and immerses you in the middle of a fun fair. The universe Thierry Mugler wanted is both appetizing and colorful. All the elements are there to give you balm in the heart: rides, music, sweets… Angel Fruity Fair is a juice which has in it a resonance common to everyone. After all, who has never been tempted by a cotton candy or a candy apple at a fair? It is therefore precisely this irresistible temptation that we find in his recipe. Angel Fruity Fair fuses three delicious accords that smell like sugar and candy. It all starts with a fruity alliance of lychees and currants. This tangy start sparkles and twists on contact with the skin. Then, Angel Fruity Fair evolves towards an accord of hawthorn and pomarosa molecule, a synthetic creation that takes up both the scent of rose and that of apple. Finally, to reinforce the gluttony of the whole, Angel Fruity Fair ends with a mixture of whipped cream, vanilla and patchouli. Here we have the signature of Angel perfumes. In general, it is a fragrance loaded with tenderness, the ambition of which is to make the person you love and who wear it want to eat. The return of Thierry Mugler’s famous star-shaped bottle
Finally, to present his niche fragrance to us, Thierry Mugler has once again opted for a star-shaped bottle. It must be said that he has made it his emblem for many years now. Indeed, the creator claims to have always had his feet on the ground and his head in the clouds. It is therefore quite natural that he chose this star as the symbol of his brand. Declined at the discretion of the Angel family, sometimes flat, vertical or shooting, the star here resumes its original shape. It reveals its sparkling blue color, brighter than in its previous versions. Its metallic gray spray cabochon gives it a very contemporary style. Angel Fruity Fair has it all and comes in a limited edition of 50 ml.
“Angel Fruity Fair” was born in 2018 and follows the immense success of “Angel” released in 1992. The first gourmet fragrance in history, “Angel” will experience a real triumph, like its creator Olivier Cresp, the only perfumer to have agreed to make this perfume… Building on this success, Thierry Mugler presents today a very gourmet variation with “Angel Fruity Fair”. This niche fragrance plunges us into the thrill of emotions, in a world defined as both “tender and powerful”. p>
Angel Fruity Fair, a creation inspired by memories of Thierry Mugler
In order to create this new “Angel”, Thierry Mugler was inspired by his childhood. We can therefore say that it is a personal and intimate fragrance. Indeed, the designer said he was inspired by his childhood memories to imagine this new variation. Among them, Thierry Mugler evokes the funfair and the sweet smell of many sweets such as cotton candy or candy apple. He thus affirms that “Angel Fruity Fair” is a fragrance from a childish and magical world. The composition of “Angel Fruity Fair” was imagined, in an unprecedented way, on a trio of flavors.
The gourmet olfactory trio of Angel Fruity Fair
“Angel Fruity Fair »Takes off on a fruity / sweet association of lychee and red currants. Of Chinese origin, lychee has been cultivated for over 4000 years. Also known as “The Chinese Cherry”, lychee was considered the most refined fruit of the Heavenly Empire, as it was offered to the emperors. Lychee appeared in France in 1721 and its pronunciation was then a distortion of its Chinese name. In 1924, France will introduce lychee to Reunion Island as well as to Madagascar where it will be the subject of an important culture. In perfumery, the lychee note is very popular and is synthetically reproduced in the laboratory. It offers exotic, fruity, green and pink tones. Then, the heart of “Angel Fruity Fair” is essentially feminine, because it is composed of rose and a pomarose molecule. The pomarose note is a molecule registered and patented by the Givaudan brand. It is a double unsaturated ketone that does not occur in nature. Pomarose gives off a powerful scent of fruity rose with hints of apples, plums and raisins. Finally, the base of “Angel Fruity Fair” is a mixture of vanilla, patchouli and whipped cream, thus offering a third ultra gourmet component. Chantilly is a sweet, sometimes flavored whipped cream. The origin of whipped cream can be found in the 16th century in Italy. However, some attribute the invention of whipped cream to François Vatel, maitre d ‘at the Château de Chantilly, in the 17th century … In perfumery, the use of whipped cream is quite recent and still rare. The Chantilly note is of course reproduced in the laboratory. It offers sweet, gourmet and deliciously addictive tones. As for the bottle of “Angel Fruity Fair”, it retains the original mythical star shape of its predecessor.
