L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower, an exotic journey
The woman wearing one of my clothes or my perfume does the other half of the route. I give birth to it, it brings it to life. An indispensable communion. Over time, the women and L’Eau d’Issey have then gotten to know each other better, creating a unique bond. Once again, L’Eau d’Issey reveals a new facet of her personality. In summer 2019, Issey Miyake presents the new Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower.
L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower, an exotic journey
L’Eau d ‘Issey Pure Shade of Flower is a limited summer edition that offers us a journey before time. But where did Issey Miyake decide to put his luggage? It seems that this time it is Japan that is the inspiration for the creator… Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower evokes the memory of Zamami Island, a land located in the heart of the Pacific Ocean, bathed by the waves sailors while being traversed by innumerable flowers. However, it is precisely this alliance of lightness and femininity that we find in L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower.
L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower, a very floral moment h2>
To materialize this memory on an olfactory level, Issey Miyake called on the talented perfumer Aurélien Guichard. Born in Grasse, he comes from a large family of perfumers and was introduced to this universe very early on. After having collaborated for a long time alongside Narciso Rodriguez, he offers us here a digest of all his talent. He chose to create in L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower a fruity and floral fragrance, both gourmet without falling into the overbidding of sweets. Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower begins with a lively scent of lemon and blackcurrant. This tangy start is paired with one of the most famous flowers in women’s perfumery: the rose. The heart of L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower, meanwhile, combines hibiscus, raspberry flower and freesia. Here again, romanticism and gentleness become one. All the poetry of Japanese territory seems to resurface from this essence. Finally, sandalwood envelops the overall smoothness, while white musk floats here a cloud of purity.
Issey Miyake opts for a flamboyant red bottle
L’Eau d’Issey Pure Shade of Flower preserves the same bottle as its predecessors. On the other hand, it is now embellished with a pretty red color. Evoking femininity and summer flowers, red is here associated with a solar and energizing yellow. Finally, a flower is also displayed on the cardboard box of this unique perfume. This new visual is signed by Mai Hua, famous colorist, very followed on social networks.
