- 1 stick butter= ½ cup = 113 g

Allergy & diet swaps
- Butter: Equal vegan butter, or ¾ the amount in olive/coconut oil
- Milk: Oat, almond, or soy milk, 1:1
- Heavy cream: Full-fat coconut cream, 1:1
- Egg (in baking): 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water per egg; rest 5 min
- All-purpose flour: 1:1 gluten-free baking blend (with xanthan gum)
- Nuts: Toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds, or simply omit
- Breadcrumbs: Gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- White sugar: Coconut sugar 1:1, or maple syrup (reduce other liquid)
