The recipe
Ingredients (makes 1 bottle, 1L)
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1 can coconut cream (Coco Lopez)
- 1 cup white rum (Bacardi traditional)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground clove
Method
- Blend all ingredients in blender, 1 minute
- Strain if you want extra-smooth (optional)
- Pour into bottles
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours
- Best after 24 hours
- Serve over ice with cinnamon stick
