Method

Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix crumbs, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon
  3. Press into 9-inch springform pan
  4. Bake 10 minutes
  5. Cool

Filling: 6. Beat cream cheese until smooth (no lumps!) 7. Add sugars, beat well 8. Beat in eggs one at a time 9. Mix in pumpkin, vanilla, spices, salt 10. Stir in cream 11. Pour over cooled crust
