- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F with cast iron skillet inside
- Mix dry ingredients
- Whisk wet ingredients
- Combine
- Add 2 tablespoons oil to hot skillet (sizzles)
- Pour batter into hot skillet
- Bake 20-25 minutes
- Cool 5 min; turn out
