Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach (thawed; drained)
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained; chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic; minced
  • Salt + pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a bowl; combine all ingredients
  3. Spread in a 9-inch baking dish
  4. Top with extra mozzarella
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling
  6. Serve hot with crackers; baguette; tortilla chips

Make-ahead

  • Assemble; refrigerate 1 day
