Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Food coloring (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cream butter + sugar
- Add egg + extracts
- Mix in flour + baking powder + salt
- Add coloring if using
- Load cookie press with disk of choice
- Press onto ungreased baking sheet
- Decorate with sprinkles
- Bake 8-10 minutes (until edges golden)
