- 1 large cantaloupe or honeydew (or both!)
- 6-8 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil leaves (or mint)
- Black pepper, freshly cracked

Method
Prep melon:
- Cut melon in half
- Remove seeds
- Cut into wedges or use melon baller for spheres
- Pat dry (don't soak in water)
Wrap: 5. Cut prosciutto into strips 6. Wrap each melon piece 7. Secure with toothpick if needed 8. Or skewer multiple
