Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Butter for pan
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Heavily butter popover pan or muffin tin
- Place in oven 5 minutes to heat
- Whisk eggs + milk
- Whisk in flour + salt + melted butter
- Pour into hot pan (2/3 full)
- Bake 20 minutes at 425°F
- Reduce to 350°F; bake 15-20 more minutes
- Don't open oven door
- Serve immediately
